The approach of our practice is simple. We first check egos at the door, dismiss preconceptions, and seek to fully understand core challenges. We know well the discrepancy between symptomatic issues and a true problem. Therefore, our focus is to unearth the root cause. Here the ability to ‘synthesize empathy’ and draw strong associations is our greatest strength. First we identify the dots, draw proper connections, and identify key obstacles. Our methods take many forms through the discovery and analysis process, leading to strategic planning and operational impact. Trusted partnership with key stakeholders is vital.

Collaboration is the keystone. It is a recursive process where two or more people or organizations work together to realize shared goals, which is more than the intersection of common yet disparate goals seen in cooperative ventures, but rather a deep, collective determination to reach an identical objective. Always bear in mind, the root of collaboration is the word labor. It requires great effort, humility, and ultimately, sacrifice. Salt Space

With a vision to restore and foster relationships within our communities, and a passion for artistic expression and sincere dialogue, the Salt Space served the people of New York City by providing opportunities to build community through an accessible space. In 16 months we held over 150+ events, and hosted well over 10,000+ New Yorkers. We believe that human capital is ultimately more valuable than financial capital. So, we developed our team with unique function in mind; to identify, engage, serve, and collaborate with talented individuals and groups to host and program events on a consistent basis in order to develop long term relationships and a strong sense of community.

Eli Draws

Eli Draws is building the world’s greatest children’s brand that is, in fact, created by a child. Create a brand out of the intellectual capital from a five year old child’s imagination, creativity, and play. Product ideation, launch and phased deployment strategy, brand positioning, product cost analysis, a complete lack of financial capital, possible marketing campaigns, and much more required a great amount of creativity and resourcefulness. Design products that help connect children and adults, to bring their stories closer together. At the core, Eli Draws is designed to help build a bridge of relationship through imaginative products and experiences. Playtime for the children; projects for the adults. The creative team at Barnum helped catalyze this endeavor with the brilliant brand and design work.

Spectrum

Spectrum helps brands tell diverse stories. The team creates brand-led content and experiences that support our partners narratives and their primary objectives. We are a collaborative group of talented, ethnically diverse photographers, content creators and influencers that are acutely in tune with the large audience we are cultivating. Through partnerships with brands, organizations, media outlets and individuals, we develop a spectra of unique perspectives, crafting dynamic stories that captivate the imagination of our collective audience.

Pursuit of Portraits

Pursuit of Portraits is a global creative collective with a singular mission: 
Create an accessible global community of portrait-lovers through platforms to share the best of portraiture photography. In all our projects, we work to unite portrait photographers and enthusiasts of all skill levels and backgrounds, facilitate collaboration, and foster supportive relationships within this creative community. Our platforms include small to large scale photography-centered events and quarterly instameets, our Instagram account (@pursuitofportraits), biannual print magazine, co-branded events, PoP talent and website.
